Guilt free walnut & chia seed flapjacks


Makes about 10 squares.

150g Dried fruit (mango or sultanas or anything of your choice),

300g Porridge oats,

25g Stevia (sugar substitute),

100g Butter,

2 Dessert spoons of Honey or Agave nectar,

Handful of chopped walnuts or walnut pieces,

Chia seeds & black sesame seeds(optional)

Method

Preheat oven to 180 degrees c/160 degrees f/gas mark 4.

Melt the butter in a pan on the stove,

Turn off heat and add all other ingredients,

Stir well and pat down into a lined baking tray/dish,

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until lightly browned,

Slightly cool and cut into squares and enjoy .
